Thaisa Fernandes helps businesses create products and programs. She has spent a decade in Silicon Valley leading tech teams. Thaisa is passionate about creating communities and using her writing to empower minority groups.

Thaisa believes cooking is an essential skill everyone should possess and cherish, as it’s fundamental to human survival. She loves honoring her Latin American heritage by creating vegan versions of her favorite dishes, blending them with influences from her multicultural life.

She co-authored the first-ever book on Product Management by Brazilian women, involving over 20 writers. Thaisa's also a social entrepreneur with projects like the Latinx in Power podcast, featuring stories of Latin and Caribbean leaders.
